Sandy Zeldes

Functional Medicine Nutritionist, Advanced EFT Practitioner and author

Sandy Zeldes is a lifelong educator in food, health, nutrition and nervous system recovery. She is a Functional Medicine Nutritionist, an Advanced Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Practitioner and a bestselling author.

For more than two decades she has worked with professional, high-achieving women who have tried diets, therapy, willpower and medications such as GLP-1s, yet still struggle with food noise, emotional eating, stress eating and feeling out of control around food. Her work addresses the physiological, emotional and subconscious drivers behind those patterns, so women can move away from constant restriction toward peace with food and their bodies.

Before coaching, Sandy spent 17 years as a chef and caterer for high-profile clients and business leaders, and over 25 years ago she helped start the first farmers market on Oahu.
